Warranty Information

At Roller Grill we place great importance on manufacturing our products to the highest standard.  

We have the appropriate approvals for CE, UL/NSF, ETL, SEMKO, MITI etc.  Also for WEEE 2002/95/CE and ROHS 2002/96/CE.


However components can fail and when they do we make it our priority to get your Roller Grill equipment back up and running as soon as possible.

All of our equipment comes with our Comprehensive on site warranty cover for 24 months :


    • For 24 months we cover all genuine component failures


  • “on site” means we come to you, no re-packing and return carriage expenses


To maintain our high service standards we operate the following policy:

  • Glass components are not covered.


    • Consumable items such as door seals, bulbs, filters etc are not covered.


    • Warranty on gas equipment is subject to confirmation of installation by a Gas Safe registered engineer by returning the completed installation sheet at time of install.


    • Warranty on mobile gas equipment is restricted to parts only cover.


    • Cleaning of equipment, and faults caused by lack of cleaning, is not covered. This includes cleaning of burner jets and pilots.


    • If component failure is as a result of abuse or misuse the call will be chargeable.


    • If we attend a service call out and find no fault with the equipment, including a tripped fuse where no other fault is found, the call will be chargeable.


    • Any unauthorised modifiacations made to your appliance will invalidate the warranty cover.


  • Our engineers work between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Mon - Fri.


Obviously we hope you will enjoy using our equipment for longer than 24 months.  Beyond the warranty period we still support your equipment but there will be a charge.
