Warranty Information

At Roller Grill we place great importance on manufacturing our products to the highest standard.  

 

We have the appropriate approvals for CE, UL/NSF, ETL, SEMKO, MITI etc.  Also for WEEE 2002/95/CE and ROHS 2002/96/CE.

 

However components can fail and when they do we make it our priority to get your Roller Grill equipment back up and running as soon as possible.

 

All of our equipment comes with our Comprehensive on site warranty cover for 24 months :

 

  • For 24 months we cover all genuine component failures
  • We have our own dedicated team of Roller Grill engineers who carry our spare parts with them so we offer a “fix first time” service
  • “on site” means we come to you, no re-packing and return carriage expenses
  •  

    To maintain our high service standards we operate the following policy:

     

  • Glass components are not covered
  • Warranty on gas equipment is subject to confirmation of installation by a Gas Safe registered engineer by returning the completed installation sheet at time of install
  • If component failure is as a result of abuse or misuse the call will be chargeable
  •  

    Obviously we hope you will enjoy using our equipment for longer than 24 months.  After the warranty period has expired we still support our equipment but there will be a charge.
